Vacation Bible School Success!

What fun the children had this summer at Vacation Bible School. They learned Bible Stories, participated in many games and had a blast doing it. We introduced baseball to the kids and at first it was a challenge as they were used to soccer, but some of them soon got the hang of it and enjoyed a few games. Soccer is still definitely king at this school! The children were able to make friendship bracelets with the help of some volunteers. The pinwheels were a success as all children followed directions quietly and well so everyone could make their own. The headbands were a hit with all as even some boys made them as gifts for their mothers or sisters. We enjoyed treats such as popcorn, chocolate chip cookies and rice crispy treats. The children drew pictures, wrote letters to their sponsors and all in all just had a wonderful time. Thanks to all who helped make this years Vacation Bible School a Success!
